Temp Patient Service Associate

Salary: $10/hr
Location: Tengah
Duration: 3 months (Immediate to end May 2026)

Working Hours:

5.5days, 42hrs weekly

• 7.30am-4pm (Mon-Fri), 7.30am-12pm (Sat) /
• 8am-4.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-12.30pm (Sat) /
• 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1pm (Sat)

PSA Job Duties

• Promote health app and assist patients to download the app.
• Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
• Provide support as and when required.

Requirements

• Min. A Level
• Outgoing and friendly
• No experience required
