Temp Patient Service Associate - North (Entry Level) #HZO

Location: Woodlands
Duration: Till End June 2026
Salary: $10/ hr
Working Hours: 5.5days office hours

Job Scope:

• Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.

• Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.

• Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.

• Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.

• Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.

• Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.

• Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.

Job Requirements:
• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
