Duration: 8 months
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $4K (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Conduct probity checks in preparation for RNF appointment/update activities of financial representatives.
• Update MyHR records on RNF licenses, activities and compliance tagging, and file licensing related documents in MyHR
• Daily employee screening monitoring and escalation of alerts
• Support annual RNF, non-RNF and MRT Fit & Proper exercises
• Support crafting of Code of Conduct EDMs
• Support drafting Code of Conduct policy changes
• Conduct annual review of Code of Conduct write-ups with policy owners
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in HR or any relevant field
• Min. some intern/ 1 yr experience in HR preferred
