HR Operations & Administration

* Manage and maintain employee records, files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and other requirements.

* Prepare HR letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, extensions, and other employee lifecycle documents.

* Track probation periods and assist in coordinating confirmation reviews with managers, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

* Handle HR enquiries from employees and provide timely support.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

* Prepare onboarding kits (IT equipment, welcome pack) and coordinate with relevant departments (IT/Facilities).

* Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth settling-in for new employees.

* Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final payments coordination.

3. HR Administration

* Coordinate with appointed work pass matters.

* Support the submission and processing of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.

* Ensure accurate tracking of application statuses and maintain compliance with MOM regulations.

4. HR Systems & Data Management

* Liaise with Shared Services Team to update HR systems and databases (e.g., employee movements, personal details, leave balances).

5. General Administration

* Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR Management Ideally with HR operations, onboarding/off boarding and work pass admin experience.
