6 months Contract Events Asst

Location : Rochor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Duration: 6 months (to start ASAP)

Salary:  $2000 - $2300

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the events team in the planning and organization of the Alliance’s signature Career Fair and Career Bootcamps programmes. This includes promoting events to students, helping with the schedule, liaising with speakers and participating companies.
• Actively assist with the execution of Career Fair and Career Bootcamps, including manning the registration booth, assisting with room preparation before panels and talks, assisting with crowd control to ensure smooth traffic flow, and helping with the company representatives in the atrium.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of LASALLE-specific and UAS Career Skills workshops.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of LASALLE’s portfolio workshops held on campus.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer to support the overall objectives of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Skilled in design-related software is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Meticulous and with good administrative skills
