Temp Event Assistant

1) Assist the events team in the planning and organization of the Alliance’s signature Career Fair

and Career Bootcamps programmes. This includes promoting events to students, helping with

the schedule, liaising with speakers and participating companies.

2) Actively assist with the execution of Career Fair and Career Bootcamps, including manning the

registration booth, assisting with room preparation before panels and talks, assisting with

crowd control to ensure smooth traffic flow, and helping with the company representatives

in the atrium.

3) Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of Skills workshops.

4) Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation.

5) Perform any other duties as assigned
