Job Description

Customer Support: Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats to resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Troubleshooting: Identifying problems, explaining product features, and guiding customers through solutions.
Data Management: Documenting interaction details, updating account information, and logging actions in CRM systems.
Sales and Scheduling: Processing orders, handling payments, and setting appointments.
Outbound Calls: Making follow-up calls for customer satisfaction, renewals
