Temp Bank Associate/Officer #HZOT

Duration: 6 month contract (till end Sept 2026)
Salary: $2000 - $2600
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Job Scope:

• Process day to day (data entry into inhouse system) of transactions promptly with vigilance
• Liaise with both internal and external customers on instructions as and when needed.
• Trade Operations transactions of FSCMOA
• Provide administrative support and any Adhoc duties (e.g. Filing data entry reconciling of reports) to the team and other duties as assigned.
• Other adhoc projects and admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O/Nitec/A/Degree/diploma holders and above
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
• Have good follow up skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
