Technician

Job Duties

• Perform all repair and maintenance works on the Hotel's lighting, power heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry and plumbing equipment.
• Check system or equipment for faults and follow up on the repair works in required.
• Monitor works carryout by contractors and ensure works are properly done, safe and secured.
• Carry out preventive maintenance work of properties.
• Ensure the fire and safety procedures are carried out at all times.

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
