Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to:

• collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate the product vision for transversal AI Agents into actionable implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs

• lead the development team in executing these plans, delivering scalable, secure, and sustainable AI-driven solutions using Python, LangChain, and agentic AI frameworks

• oversee the integration and deployment of AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), ensuring effective management, scalability, and performance

• take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process, including planning, execution, and ensuring the quality of IT deliverables, while meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations

• provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the development lifecycle, driving adherence to best practices and fostering continuous improvement in the delivery of transversal AI Agents

Your team :

You’ll be working in the Agentic Products crew, as part of the AI Transformation Stream in WMPC. Our team leverages the latest AI technologies to deliver transversal AI Agents that create value across multiple domains and support AI Vision Big Rocks. As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead a team of developers, QAs and UX and play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders, managing priorities, and ensuring the successful implementation of the product vision.

Your expertise :

• product Implementation: Experience working with stakeholders to understand and implement product visions, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features to deliver business value

• technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in Python and AI-related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API)

• langChain & Prompt Engineering: Skilled in designing AI workflows using LangChain and similar frameworks, and optimizing prompts for AI applications

• cloud Platforms: Proficient in deploying and managing AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

• agile Practices & Delivery Ownership: Expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming) and proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery with high-quality IT deliverables

• technical Leadership: Experience providing technical oversight, driving best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle

• AI Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of best practices for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models across their lifecycle

• collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
