Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project works to ensure compliance with BCA regulations, approved drawings, and safety standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.

• Serve as the company’s appointed Technical Officer  for the BCA Builder’s Licence.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers on all technical and regulatory matters.

Review and verify construction documentation, inspection reports, and quality control records.

• Support internal project teams on technical compliance and best construction practices

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Building, Construction, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).

• Must be eligible for appointment as a Technical Controller (TC) under BCA Builder’s Licence (Class 2).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works.

• Strong knowledge of BCA regulations, safety management, and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a small team environment.
