Tech Risk Manager - Digital Operations

Your role :

Are you a Risk Manager with strong Project Management skills with an attention to detail? We're looking for a risk manager who can manage technology risk and risk remediation initiatives arising from the identified risks.

Typical responsibilities include:

– review and analyze risk parameters. Assist in preparation of monthly risk board material

– follow up and resolve risk related audit, operational risk and technical risk actions (some of these action may originate in other teams and require co-ordination)

– keep risk documentation up to date. Anticipate and highlight any technical risks in timely manner

– create remediation plan with inputs from Software Component managers & schedule for overall project rollout, including definition of phases with scope details

– accurately report the periodic progress to program steering committee as well as key stakeholders

– assist teams in resolving prioritization conflicts by working with their respective stakeholders

– work with SMEs from various groups outside IB Tech to provide remediation guidance to application owners. These SME teams include Infrastructure, Security, Engineering and Application Support

– create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Your team :

You’ll be working in the Digi Ops Risk management team in Singapore branch of UBS IB Technology. This team is responsible managing and reporting all BAU risk and high priority risk remediation initiatives..

Your expertise :

– 10+ years of experience

– experience in risk management or audit, and technology, preferably in the Financial Services industry

– strong analytical and problem solving skills

– sound experience in data analysis, validation and presentation of results

– experience in executing technology projects with multiple work streams / Agile methodologies

– working knowledge of Technology Risk Taxonomy, enterprise infrastructure

– knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Gitlab, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

– ISACA’s CRISC certification is a plus
