Team Assistant, Admin (Front Office | Bank | Up to $3.5k)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Front Office Admin Assistant that comes with experience in EA/secretarial/team admin support, preferably within the banking industry

The Talent

• Prior experience in providing administrative support to teams/executives 
• Prior experience supporting front office/banking is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• A strong team player, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.

The Job

• Manage calendars for the department heads in Front Office
• Management of Front Office Staff’s expense claims
• Travel management for Front Office
• Ensure key documents are scanned and stored as internal policies
• Management of department meetings/ luncheons/ team events/ social events, onsite or offsite for the Bank
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for consolidation of KYC documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
