Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the seamless operation of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Provide compassionate and attentive service to all individuals, addressing their needs with kindness and care.
  • Execute various administrative duties including: - Appointment scheduling, Dispensing herbal medicines, Collecting payments, Preparing and organizing treatment rooms

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess a compassionate and service-oriented mindset, dedicated to aiding individuals on their wellness journey.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity, embodying high ethical standards in all actions.
  • Exhibit patience and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service roles is advantageous.
