As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment assignments by identifying suitable candidates and working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs. This role offers exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and talent advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for assigned roles
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
- Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Interest in recruitment, consulting, or client-facing work
