• Take part in end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent sourcing to candidate onboarding
• Evaluate CVs and professional backgrounds, sharpening your ability to spot potential
• Gain insider knowledge of the job market, industry trends, and client hiring needs
• Build communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills through daily interactions with candidates

Job description:

• Create and publish job postings across platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Screen and assess CVs to shortlist high-potential candidates
• Assist in conducting interviews and recommend talent for shortlisting
• Coordinate with candidates and clients on offers, onboarding, and work arrangements
• Support mass hiring campaigns and special recruitment projects

• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months

Work location: Orchard

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
