Job Description

As an HR Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will support the execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and building a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and advise on recruitment strategies
  • Support bulk hiring, recruitment events, career talks, and open houses
  • Maintain and update talent pool databases for a continuous pipeline

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content for social media and professional platforms
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry talks, and recruitment drives
  • Support recruitment collateral creation and employee referral programs
  • Assist in employer branding campaigns and campus outreach initiatives

Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports for management review
  • Ensure accurate candidate data management in compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate pre-onboarding processes, including registrations with licensing boards (e.g., SNB, AHPC)
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including references and background verifications
  • Assist in recruitment-related audits and process improvement projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Fresh graduates or early-career professionals welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels
  • Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented with an outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • High proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
