You will gain:

• Practical exposure to the full recruitment cycle

• Experience in identifying and screening candidates across various roles

• Strong communication skills through regular candidate interactions

• A practical understanding of the Singapore Employment Act through daily HR tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements and source suitable candidates

• Conduct interviews and shortlist applicants

• Provide HR administrative support for onboarding and offboarding

• Coordinate work schedules and arrangements with candidates

• Contribute to team targets in a fast-paced environment

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive

• Strong communicator and team player

• Able to commit for at least 3 months

Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
