Monitor demand and plan supply accurately

o Plan, schedule and conduct inventory/forecast meeting with Project Manager

o Analyse and prepare draft forecast submission

o Complete and submit accurate forecast data

o Maintain and process forecast / procurement system requirements

o Set limits for and approve forecasts

o Ensure slow moving target are achieved via constant monitoring / actions. Plan ahead to ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels

o Establish processes to track inventory level across products, in the immediate and long term

o Monitor and track DOS, forecast accuracy

Synchronise supply chain activities to support ESP/ESCs

o Integrate processes across stakeholders to ensure information visibility in customer demand, supply/ anticipated productions, material in transit

o Process procurement data weekly

o Maximize drop ship as per business rules

o Process purchase orders as determined

o Receive, prepare and maintain product price in SAP

o Manage missing price items with Product Manager, price revision with SEC, File Price approval /release

o Perform SAP operation transaction

o Download weekly shipping OB schedule, send delivery schedule

Stock Allocation management

o Allocation for Forecast, additional request and excess stock to sales companies

o Weekly allocation of stocks to Sales companies for shipment

Job / Skills Competencies

o Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply planning and demand forecasting, inventory management

o Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TM1 system

o Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools

o Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
