Supply chain manager (Aerospace) - Taiseng #HHL

Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to 11,000
Industry: Precision Engineering / Aerospace (preferred)

Job Scope

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand forecasting

• Manage procurement, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations

• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, lead time, cost)

• Oversee inventory planning, logistics, and customer fulfilment

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects

• Resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans

• Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards

• Drive process improvements and cost optimisation initiatives

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• Min. 6–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / precision engineering / aerospace
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Styeline)
• Experience in supplier negotiation and cost control
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
