Job Description

Oversee daily operations and warehouse planning to ensure shipments are executed accurately and on time
Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service) to support business requirements
Liaise with service providers to ensure daily inspection of weighing scales and conduct test weights prior to operations
Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of the warehouse, equipment, and resources
Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
Manage and support internal and external audits
Lead and motivate the Operations team to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous service improvement
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
