Job Summary

Our 2-Week Exposure Program offers penultimate and final year students hands-on experience in financial advisory. Gain client interaction skills, practical personal finance knowledge, and insights into entrepreneurship while receiving mentorship and structured training.

Responsibilities

• Guided support to develop effective communication and pitching skills
• Apply structured training to deliver professional presentations and enhance client engagement
• Explore financial advisory career paths through practical exposure and industry insights
• Develop personal finance skills including wealth accumulation, fund selection, and budgeting for real-world application
• Analyze personality and career fit using Enneagram and DISC profiling tools
• Learn CRM tools to manage business pipelines and track client interactions
• Network with industry professionals to build meaningful connections and expand professional relationships
• Participate in entrepreneurship and business development learning modules to understand industry dynamics
• Receive personalized one-to-one mentorship to refine skills and career direction
• Sponsored MAS certified paper

Qualifications
We are not currently accepting individuals who now or in the future require sponsorship for visa.
