The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work with in a government school
• Mon, Tues, Thu: 8:30am-2pm, Wed & Fri: 11:30am-5pm
• Nearest MRT: Bukit Panjang
• 5 months contract 
• Salary: Up to $3300
• Working arrangement is subject to changes based on the school term calendar

• Diploma in discipline with an interest in supporting student development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with students
• Organised, dependable, and able to support basic programme coordination and record‑keeping
• Able to work independently and with teachers to support student engagement and well‑being

Job Description

• Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group support for students with academic, attendance, or behavioural needs, working closely with relevant school teams
• Assist in planning and delivering school activities such as academic support sessions, life‑skills activities, career‑related sessions, and enrichment programmes
• Communicate and coordinate with teachers, parents, and students to provide timely support and follow‑up
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, participation, and intervention outcomes
• Perform other duties assigned by the school to support students’ overall development
