About us: REVA is a social wellness club built around contrast therapy — designed for real recovery, everyday self-care, and human connection. Our features include twin ice baths, a hot pool, and a sauna.

Located in the heart of Orchard at TRIFECTA, REVA brings together ice baths, hot pools, and a Finnish sauna in a fresh-air, communal setting. It’s a space to reset your body, clear your mind, and slow down.

We are looking for friendly, certified instructors to lead mobility stretch classes in the sauna on a part-time basis.

The class will be a 15-to-25-minute guided session that includes:
1) Slow, remedial stretches to decompress the spine
2) Targeted releases for neck and lower back
3) Breathwork and mindful holds for relaxation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct group stretching and flexibility classes
• Guide participants through safe and effective stretches
• Demonstrate correct posture and techniques
• Ensure a safe and positive class environment

Requirements:

• Certification in fitness, yoga, pilates, or related discipline
• Experience teaching stretching or flexibility classes preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Able to work assigned class schedules

Working Hours:

• Part-time / freelance
• Weekday and/or weekend classes
