Job Description

ProFormance Sports is a premium performance training company based in Singapore, specializing in elite athlete development, youth performance pathways, and high-performance coaching for general population clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class training programs across multiple sports and client segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized strength & conditioning programs for athletes and clients
• Conduct performance testing, monitoring, and data analysis
• Lead small group and private training sessions
• Work collaboratively with tennis coaches, therapists, and performance staff
• Ensure high standards of coaching delivery and client experience
• Assist in developing internal training systems and methodologies
• Support business operations including scheduling and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Recognized certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, UKSCA, ASCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant coaching experience
• Experience working with athletes (tennis, football, or multi-sport preferred)
• Strong knowledge of performance testing and program design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
