Job Description

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Crew members to meet company standards.
Oversee food and beverage preparation processes, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations in line with statutory guidelines.
Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Supervise and monitor the performance of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage).
Quality-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
