Stay-In Camp Coordinator (Gateway University Prep Camp)

Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Stay-In Camp Coordinator to support and oversee students during our University Preparation Camp. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and overall experience of all campers throughout the duration of the program.

Date of Camp: 17th May 2026 to 23rd May 2026 (7 days, 6 nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and be present with students at all times throughout the camp
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and discipline of all participants
• Provide first-line response in case of minor injuries or health concerns
• Assist in daily camp operations and activities
• Act as a point of contact for campers’ needs and concerns
• Maintain a supportive and positive environment for all students

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid Certification
• Must be available for the full duration from the 17th of May 2026 to the 23rd of May 2026
• Willing to stay in camp for the entire period (7 days, 6 nights) - Location: ibis Styles Hotel, 175 Albert Street
• Strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and care for students

Working Arrangement & Benefits:

• Stay-in role (7 days, 6 nights with campers)
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (active duty hours; supervision required beyond as needed)
• Compensation: $150 per day
• Meals, transport, and accommodation will be fully provided

The coordinator is expected to remain on-site and be accessible to students at all times, ensuring a safe and structured camp environment.
