Job Scope:

• Provide holistic nursing care for patients requiring palliative and end-of-life care
• Monitor patients’ condition and manage symptoms such as pain, breathlessness and discomfort
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Educate caregivers on patient care and symptom management
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists and social workers
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols
