The Spa Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction and delivery of excellent service through providing consistent spa treatments according to the Hotel’s standards. This role also supports the planning and execution of spa-related events, promotions, and ongoing activities. The Spa Therapist reports to the Lifestyle Manager.

Our Expectations:

• Performs all therapy treatments and adheres all treatment procedures and client-care procedures while maintaining the guest's comfort at all times
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
• Ensures the highest standard of presentation and hygiene of the spa at all times
• Ensures the assigned therapy rooms is up to standard including presentation and stock control
• Assists in all reception duties as and when required
• Assists in sales of treatments packages and retail products
• Assists in all spa workshops and ensure the smooth running of such events
• Follows up on clients treatments by scheduling clients’ appointments in advance
• Ensure maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the rooms are well attended
• Channels client’s feedback to the Management for improvement
• Assists in monitoring stock of linens and ensures that they are well stocked, and that cleanliness of linens is up to standard.
• Be updated with all spa promotions.
• Assists in updating notice boards, display cabinets and promotion frames with the latest information.
• Ensures both retail and professional product stock is well maintained, update on stock cards to constant monitor the stock level.
• Attends meetings when necessary and submit document on time when it deemed fit
• Carries out any other reasonable request made by the Management

We are looking for a Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and guest care. You should possess a valid license or certificate in massage-related services (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ qualifications) and have at least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or in an equivalent role.
