At Apex Wellness, we create relaxing and memorable spa experiences for every guest. We are looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people and delivering excellent service.

Your Role
Welcome clients and manage appointment bookings

Ensure smooth front desk and daily spa operations

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Chinese

Support therapists and internal team members

Provide attentive and courteous customer service

What We’re Looking For
Singaporean / PR / LTVP holders

Presentable and confident communicator

Able to converse with Chinese-speaking clients

Positive attitude with strong service mindset

Experience in reception or customer service is a plus
