We are looking for an Arabic Chef to join our team!

Responsibilities
•    Leads the planning, production, and presentation of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine across à la carte, buffet, banqueting, and special events.•    Design seasonal menus and specialty offerings representing Levantine, Gulf, North African, and broader Middle Eastern cuisines (e.g., mezze, kebabs, mandi, biryani, tagines, grills, breads, and pastries).
•    Adapt recipes to local palate and dietary requirements (halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) while maintaining authenticity.
•    Train, coach, and mentor culinary team members on Arabic cooking methods, spice profiles, bread baking, and butchery.
•    Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation in line with brand standards and implement portion control and waste reduction to meet food cost targets.

Responsibilities
•    Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.•    6 working years of professional culinary experience specializing in Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine; luxury hotel or high-end restaurant experience preferred.
•    Proven expertise across key Arabic culinary techniques (grilling, slow-cooking, rice cookery, breadmaking, pastry/sweets).
•    Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
