Social Media Management [Intern]

Support client social media accounts on Meta & TikTok—ads, posting, and content management with team guidance.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Management Intern to support our client campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing accounts, running ads, scheduling posts, and crafting copy. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn how social media drives real business results, with guidance from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Learn to set up and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Draft and schedule posts, ensuring content is aligned with client branding
• Write and edit short-form copy for social media captions and ad creatives
• Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and compile reports for client updates
• Liaise with clients on campaign updates, approvals, and feedback
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Basic knowledge of running ads (Meta/TikTok) is a plus, but training will be provided
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital advertising
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn in a client-facing role
