Key Responsibilities

• Lead classes at various skill levels, delivering engaging and effective instruction.
• Develop and refine the training curriculum to enhance student learning.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the arena whenever on shift.
• Conduct daily classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants.
• Assist customers with rental equipment fitting and recommendations.
• To attend training sessions as mandated by the Company.
• Manage rental equipment, including daily maintenance and inventory control.
• Check-in guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate and perform regular checks on machines equipment and to maintain safety standards.
• Train and manage trainee instructors, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for trainee instructors
• Plan and organize class schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resource
