SME Sales Consultant

THE ROLE

• We are looking for motivated SME Sales Consultants to join our team! If you’re confident in your ability to close deals and want to be rewarded accordingly, this role offers high commission potential with no income ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting for potential clients through tele-sales and other outreach methods to build pipeline of prospects
• Assessing clients’ financial situation to determine their eligibility for various financing solutions
• Providing and structuring specific financing solutions that align with clients’ business requirements

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated, tenacious and results-driven
• Able to generate leads or convert warm referrals
• Individuals comfortable with commission-only compensation
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, preferably with good understanding in financial analysis
• Strong communicators with resilience and closing ability

Remuneration

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
• Annual Leave: 14 days. After 2 full years of service, 1 additional day, up to maximum of 18 days.
