Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide service crew during daily operations to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of service staff during shifts.
• Assist in training new crew members on service procedures and restaurant standards.
• Support order taking, food serving, table clearing, and maintain overall dining area cleanliness.
• Handle basic customer feedback and escalate issues to Restaurant Manager when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed by all service staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F&B service.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a small team.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and service standards.
