Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Engineer, based in Singapore.
The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering effective solutions to clients.
Daily tasks include managing technical service requests, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, equipment preventive maintenance, maintaining of spare parts documentation and maintaining updated service documentation. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and quality technical resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform Troubleshooting effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, mechanical, electrical, automation, or related technical fields
- Experience with technical service and repair tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
