Server/Service Crew (F&B - Japanese Cuisine)

• Position : Server/Service Crew (F&B - Japanese Cuisine)

• Location : Central/Orchard

• Working hours : 5 Days 10.30am - 9.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 Basic + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Annual Leave (+ 1 Day Per Year)

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Food & Beverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming and professional attitude

• Take orders accurately and deliver food efficiently

• Share menu knowledge and make recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Work closely with kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Prior serving experience preferred, but not required

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask during busy hours

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
