Senior Training Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Training Executive to join our team!

As a Senior Training Executive, we rely on you to:

• Organise and conduct classroom/online training
• Handle new hires orientation and familiarisation programme
• Handles administrative tasks including filing, reports, records and attendance
• Handles colleagues' cross exposure programmes (internally and overseas)
• Review training needs and training needs analysis
• Involve and liaise for Career Fairs, School Internships etc

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication and people relationship skills
• Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Has experience in classroom/online training
• Preferably possesses relevant experience in Hospitality
