Senior Technology Architect

Job Description

1. Lead architectural design, core module development and performance optimization for global commercial

platforms.

2. Responsible for the optimization challenges of large-scale high-concurrency distributed systems.

3. Implement engineering solutions for advertising algorithm strategies, analyze and solve system performance

problems.

4. Develop multi-region deployment solutions addressing geo-specific compliance requirements and localization

challenges.

5. Establish intelligent monitoring systems and automated DevOps pipelines, enabling proactive system health

management across cloud environments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent majors with 2+ years backend

development experience in distributed systems.

2. Expert proficiency in Golang/C++, with strong Linux system programming and debugging skills essential for building high-performance, low-latency backend systems. Proficiency ensures the architect can design and troubleshoot complex services at the system level.

3. Proven experience in designing high-traffic systems, hybrid database architectures, cloud-native implementations ensures the ability to handle large user loads, balance cost and performance, and leverage modern cloud-native practices effectively.

4. Solid knowledge of distributed system patterns, performance optimization techniques enables the architect to solve latency, availability, and scalability challenges proactively.

5. Experience with digital advertising ecosystems, multi-cloud environment exposure,cross-regional collaboration experience helps align architectural decisions with business needs. Multi-cloud expertise supports flexibility, redundancy, and vendor-neutral strategies in global operations.
