Senior Supervisor (Cleaning) - Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff
• Monitor daily cleaning deployment
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and requirements
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of commercial properties
• Address feedback and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Provide assistance with cleaning tasks if required
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Completed secondary school and WSQ certification course in cleaning supervision
• 3 years’ relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods including the appropriate use of various chemicals
• Hands-on approach with strong supervisory skills to maintain high standard of cleanliness
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and safety regulations
• Ability to perform manual work when required
• Team player with good oral and communication skills
• Ability to work a 6-days work week with rotating shifts, off day based on schedule/roster
