Senior/Staff Nurse – Operating Theatre (Cardiothoracic)

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Senior/Staff Nurse in the Operating Theatre, specializing in Cardiothoracic surgery. In this role, you will support surgeons during procedures, provide excellent post-operative care, and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures, fulfilling Scrub and AU nurse duties in line with established procedures.
• Coordinate with other units and ensure smooth patient transport and transfer, prioritizing safety.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in the review and improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Experience in Scrubbing for Cardiothoracic Cases
• Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek and be available for on-call or standby duties.
