Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing and clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of patient care
• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of nurses and clinic staff
• Assist doctors in consultation, procedures, and operation theatre (IVF / O&G procedures)
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards\
• Manage manpower planning, rostering, and staff performance evaluation
• Handle complex patient cases, complaints, and service recovery
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes
• Provide patient counselling for fertility treatments, procedures, and post-care
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and clinical supplies
• Drive continuous improvement in clinic processes and patient experience

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• With at least 2–3 years in supervisory / managerial role
• Experience in O&G / IVF / fertility clinic highly preferred
