Position Summary:

We are seeking a SeniorSoftware Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce.com to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT solutionarchitecture, technical leadership, and agile development methodologies. As aSenior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing,and implementing Salesforce-based solutions to meet our clients' businessneeds. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to juniordevelopers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainablesolutions. This is a full-time position with one vacancy.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
●      Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
●      Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
●      Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and datasources.
●      Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve our development practices.
●      Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
●      Utilize SHIP-HATS platform, example, using GitLab for version control and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●      A minimum of a Diploma, with at least five (5) years of IT Solution Architect cum Technical Lead experience.
●      Extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce.
●      Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
●      Experience in multiple types of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc.).
●      Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

●      Certification in Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Integration Architect is strongly preferred.
●      Experience in Mulesoft, AWS, Odaseva, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
●      Certification in Platform App Builder, Mulesoft Developer I, Mulesoft Developer II, MulesoftArchitect certification will be an added advantage.
