Senior Retail Associate

Location: Orchard

Working Hours:
Shift-based (Morning: 9:30am – 6:30pm | Afternoon: 12:30pm – 9:30pm)
5-day work week inclusive of weekends & public holidays

Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, high-touch customer experience through expert product knowledge, styling advice, and wardrobe coordination.

• Drive sales performance through effective cross-selling and upselling while maintaining brand elegance and service excellence.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including managing a database of regular customers and understanding individual preferences.

• Oversee daily retail operations including cashiering, stock control, visual standards, housekeeping, and security compliance.

• Execute visual merchandising in line with brand concepts and provide feedback to maximise sales impact.

• Conduct stock checks, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.

• Mentor and coach retail staff and promoters, upholding luxury service standards, grooming, and professionalism.

• Handle customer feedback and service recovery with discretion and professionalism.

• Support omni-channel initiatives, including online store operations and digital marketing activities.
