Senior Recruitment Executive

Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Executive manages end-to-end recruitment assignments for temporary, contract, and permanent roles. This is a 360 role involving client account management, candidate delivery, and recruitment execution in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts and hiring portfolios

• Partner clients to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and timelines

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across assigned roles

• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and deployment

• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle

• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and trackers

• Support and guide junior team members where required

• Ensure recruitment service levels and timelines are met

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills

• Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments independently

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
