Senior Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of new client data from legacy systems into our payroll platform, ensuring 100% data integrity.
• Set up complex pay rules, shift differentials, and benefit deductions tailored to each client’s specific industry or collective bargaining agreements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and parallel payroll cycles to identify and resolve discrepancies before "Go-Live."
• Act as the subject matter expert, guiding client teams on how to use our portals for time-tracking and reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Ensure all filings, tax contributions, and statutory requirements are met according to local labor laws.
• Generate post-payroll reports, variance analysis, and customized labor cost tracking for client leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in processing full cycle payroll for Singapore entities
• Proficient in excel, quick to pick up new technology
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
