WILD/FIRE is seeking experienced and driven culinary professionals to lead and support our growing kitchen team in the Central Region location. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through the preparation and presentation of high-quality, innovative dishes. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic hospitality organization.

Positions Available:

• Head Chef / Executive Chef
• Sous & Assistant Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction
• Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff to enhance team performance and professionalism
• Monitor and maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation to meet brand standards
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols to comply with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to innovate menu offerings and optimize kitchen workflow

• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage kitchen teams effectively
