Senior/HR Executive (Comp&Ben/BP/Payroll - Healthcare) #HFT

Talent Acquisition: Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring), onboarding new employees, and managing background checks.

Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact, resolving grievances, fostering a collaborative culture, and supporting management on people issues.

HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, processing payroll/benefits, handling leave administration, and ensuring compliance.

Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing recognition programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
