SENIOR HAIRSTYLIST

Job Summary

Provide hair care and styling services while supporting retail operations and maintaining an organized, customer-friendly salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services including shampooing, blow drying, styling, colouring, perming, and scalp and hair treatments to meet customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful information to support retail sales
• Greet walk-in customers, assess their hair care needs, and offer appropriate assistance
• Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to ensure product availability and salon efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned work areas to uphold salon standards and safety

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin to engage with diverse customers
• Self-motivated and well-groomed with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong passion for customer service and sales, demonstrated through positive interactions
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment
• Completion of at least primary/secondary school or ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, professional certificate, or Nitec in any field
