Job Summary

You will deliver a range of hair services, assist customers with enquiries, manage retail stock, and maintain a clean work area to ensure a positive salon experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services such as shampooing, blow drying, styling, colouring, perming, and scalp and hair treatments to meet customer needs
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries during retail duties to support sales and customer satisfaction
• Greet walk-in customers, assess their hair care needs, and provide appropriate assistance and recommendations
• Conduct stock takes, pack stock, and organize inventory to maintain efficient retail operations
• Perform housekeeping duties in assigned work areas to ensure a clean and safe salon environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of primary, secondary school, or ‘N’ or ‘O’ level education
• Possession of a professional certificate or Nitec in any field
• Ability to converse in English or Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
• Well-groomed appearance with a self-motivated and approachable personality
• Strong passion for customer service and sales
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
